Our home is 4 bed 2.5 bath. The three open rooms share a bathroom and there’s space for each roommate to put their own stuff in there. It was newly remodeled in 2024.

Both rooms are furnished with a queen bed, bed frame, 42 inch tv, dresser, and tv stand.
All utilities are included in rent. Internet and communal house hold cleaning supplies are also included in rent.
We have a ton of walking trails right by the house, a nice park right out the backyard, and one of the best views in Albuquerque.
We have a home gym setup, new air conditioning unit, new water heater, and new RO water system.
Parking is driveway or street. We have 3 outside cameras for security but have never needed to use them as this is generally a very safe area.
Current roommates: me and my fiance and we have 3 dogs. They are generally outside or sleeping and out of the way. Two are very well behaved and one is a puppy so we are working on his training. About me: 25yo, I’m a 4th year PhD student at UNM in biomedical science research and I own the home. I like to play soccer, watch movies, and try new food. My fiance: 28yo, Jeremy, works on base, loves to play soccer, play video games, and watch movies.
About our current roommate: Lydia, early 30s, very clean, has a service dog named Iroh, loves to hike, cook, go to the gym, etc.
About the dogs: Athena (5yo) Husky. Shy at first until she gets to know you, loves food and sleeping. Max: (8yo?) husky shepherd mix rescue. He is very sweet and loves almost all people, off leash trained, loves car rides, walks and hikes. He generally sleeps all day or barks at the mailman. Togi: 7 month old shepherd mix. Togi is a very active energetic puppy who loves all people he meets. Togi is a gentleman in public and gets so many compliments. At home he is more crazy but we have been working on his training. He has gotten 3 weeks of professional board and train and gets better every single day. I also work from home normally so I am always there to watch the dogs.
We are looking for a female who is like minded, tidy, communicative, and likes dogs as they do live in the home. You are not required to do anything with the dogs except be nice to them of course.
