Elisha's room

Looking for a new housemate in my apartment! I have a single room for rent. The room is spacious with good sunlight and a large closet. Not furnished. The rest of the apartment is shared and fully furnished. There is one shared bathroom as well with a lot of cabinet space. The apartment complex has several laundry rooms, they are not free though. There is a gated parking lot – we will alternate sharing one space if you have a car. There is street parking on the block as well. Apartment is close to BART, freeway entrances and a post office.

My name is Elisha. I’m 26 and I work from home. I have an indoor/outdoor cat that lives with me as well (he mainly sleeps all day). I like to keep a clean home, and appreciate quiet mornings. I’m looking for a housemate that’s chill, clean, and kind :) I rarely smoke and don’t mind a housemate who does. The most amount of noise I make is playing music when I clean (usually on weekends), playing the TV while I work, and once in a blue moon having music playing and friends over when my apartment is the pregame spot for an outing with friends.
