It will be Just myself and two Chihuahuas, my mother had come up from Miami, and stayed for a year..and is going back now so now need to renew lease with new person, I’m professional, laid back and easy going. Born on Halloween 69 graduated from Fletcher, went to FSU, been to all 50 States…been married, the chain broke and now just single taking applications…ha So I see the world and alot of stuff and herd it all just about …so not much surprises me nowadays. I’m Native Indian Mohawk ….so I’m not prejudice or walk around with a clipboard.. I do work full time 5-6 days a week. I’m clean, fairly neat, but not OCD and not obnoxious…at least I’ve never been told that. Don’t mind another pet, if u have one..cat or dog my little dogs are super cool and trained… electricity n water is shared but never crazy amount about 120-150 total have washer n dryer and all the other amenities, big screen tvs and nice couch..I can send u pictures of the room if you like..I’m posting what woodhollow has…Internet is included..the large master bedroom is available it’s on first floor and on edge of pond beautiful view. Im Not a weirdo and not nosey or care what you do ..just as long as we have rent on time and your not a lunatic…I’m all good with everything else male or female… straight, LGBT or you just got off the short yellow bus…jk but.
