The room is the master bedroom on the third floor. Plenty of natural light and a walk-in closet. The private bath has ample space with separate shower and jacuzzi tub, two sinks, vanity, enclosed toilet, and linen closet. Rent includes wifi access. Utilities (electric, gas, water) are separate. There is free street parking for tenants and visitors. The shared areas of the house include a large living room, dinning room and kitchen on the first floor. The kitchen has two sinks, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, and a gas stove and convection oven. The second floor has a half bath and a shared den that opens to the balcony, which has rooftop deck access. The laundry area is in the finished part of the basement.
The end-of-row single-family house is in Upper Fells Point located within walking distance of the Harbor. Next door is a small Hispanic grocery store and Whole Foods is a 15-min walk. 10-min walk from Patterson Park.
There are two other rooms in the house: one on the third floor and one on the second floor. I am in one room and the other is rented. The house stays neat and tidy. Cleanliness is important. I am quiet and rarely have visitors. When Iām not working from home or out taking a walk, Iām usually watching TV or playing video games.
