Three-bedroom house. This room is on the second floor and has ample closet space. The East facing windows provide plenty of natural light. The large private bathroom has a separate shower and jacuzzi tub, two sinks, enclosed toilet, and linen closet. The rest of the second floor is a den that opens to the balcony, which has rooftop deck access. Rent includes Wi-Fi access and utilities (water/gas/electricity). There is free first-come-first-serve street parking for you and your visitors. The shared areas of the house include a large living room, dinning room and kitchen on the first floor. The kitchen has two sinks (one with a garbage disposal), a gas stove and convection oven. The laundry area is in the finished part of the basement. Tenants must keep the shared spaces clean.

No pets accepted at this time. No smoking of any kind allowed.

The end-of-row house is in Upper Fells Point and located within walking distance of the Harbor. There is a small grocery store next door and Whole Foods is a 15-min walk. Patterson Park is a 10-min walk and JHH is a 20-min walk away.

Rent can be discounted for services such as maintenance and cleaning.

There are two additional bedrooms on the third floor one is occupied by myself and the other may be rented. The house stays neat and tidy. Cleanliness is important. I am quiet and rarely have visitors. When I’m not working from home or out taking a walk, I’m usually watching TV or playing video games.
