PLEASE READ THESE 2 EXPECTATIONS BEFORE INQUIRING: CLEAN & OBSERVE HOUSE RULES Please don’t put yourself in a situation where I have to address it with you.

DETAILS:

-Month to Month

-$600/month to rent - includes utilities (light/gas/water/trash/)

-$600 security deposit. Security deposit will be returned when the room is in the same exact condition is was given in. Reasonable wear and tear is reasonable wear and tear.

-Total due at move in $1,200.

-Available May 15, 2024 but sooner for the right fit

-Very quiet neighborhood

-The studio itself is pretty small (10x10)

-No Washer/Dryer in studio

-No House access

-Unfortunately, we can’t take anymore pets

-No cigarette smoking

-Weed outside ONLY

-No parties, get togethers, guests may visit upon heads up. Be mindful of opening doors. Sometimes the pets try to run out. No guest rule will be implemented if you disrespect house rules. This includes drama that is created.

-Overnight guests are welcome on some nights. The rental is for one person not a couple

My mom and family live in the main house. One female + 2 Male adults. One Pitbull.
