About the room
This is a two unit beautiful home with huge backyard. This house is 2 min walk from Home Depot, Target And Marshall. A very much walking distance from store. My husband, I and a 9 years old child live upstairs. In the basement there is one full bathroom and one bedroom that we are looking to rent. Bathroom is not shared and a small kitchen is next to your room. Also you will be able to use the washing machine and dryer. If requested , I can put furniture in the bedroom but right now it is empty.
Only one thing need to be mentioned: Entrance has to be shared with house. There is no separate entrance in the basement.
