Roommate needed for the upstairs king size master bedroom with a private bathroom and extra room for office/den area, 1B1B in a 2B2B available 07/01! The location is just off the highway in Avondale in a super cute little neighborhood, so it’s excellent for commuters. The upstairs includes the laundry and also an area that may be turned into a second living area or office, plenty of space for wherever your imagination takes you! The second bedroom (my room) is downstairs next to the kitchen so you have pretty much your own floor along with the extra space upstairs for an office or hangout area. There is Laundry in-unit, super easy street parking and also 0.5 of the garage if you have a bike you want to store (I rent the garage but it’s 1.5 car). Kitchen is amazing, huge island, dishwasher, and not just one but two ice makers along with filtered fridge water. The downstairs includes a living room, separate dining room, and huge kitchen. Street parking is extremely easy and we have daily parking permits for friends, which makes it an awesome home base for friends going out. There is also a private backyard (working on getting a fire pit!) with outdoor seating for 8 around a big table with umbrella and a garden with flowers. If you work from home you could work outside here during the summer. The landlord is a really nice guy, if you have an ESA he has no issue with it, he’s great with communication and fixing stuff as needed. The handyman is also a super nice guy and lives down the street and can be here in 10 minutes if needed. I am kind of allergic to cats (have had success with russian blues though). There is no security deposit but there is a move in fee.

Hi I’m Sophia, I’m 25 currently working as a chemist for medical devices and commute to the office an hour away every weekday (ugh). I am job hunting with the goal of a more hybrid schedule, but for now I am gone pretty much all day during the week. I am overall pretty clean especially in the common areas, and enjoy going to edm shows or chilling with friends. I also do a lot of movies and take out when I need to relax, and I make the best popcorn.
