Hello my name is Christopher, I live in the hills of Norco. I have 1 room available, this room is unfurnished Private room with your own bathroom across the hallway. Looking for someone to move in asap. Kitchen access (just clean up after yourself). Includes washer and dryer, bathroom, & parking. Utilities are included as well. Cannabis friendly. Garage is off limits. Backyard is huge and has a bbq and fire pit. Jacuzzi (will be fixed soon) Have 2 Dogs both are trained and one cat. Room is in the back of house. Would suggest getting a mini fridge if that’s possible. Let me know if you have any questions. For couples the rent would come out to $1200.
