About the room
We have a spare bedroom furnished with full size bed, bedding and dresser. Room has a small private patio with patio seating. Guest bathroom is fully remodeled. It will only be shared when friends or family member stop by. During covid we re-landscaped the back yard to extend the living area as many have. Accessible to renter. Renter will have kitchen and laundry privileges.
About the roomies
We are empty nesters. My husband works for the USPS and I retired from USPS 12 years ago and ran a childcare service for 7 years. Went to work at The Home Depot from where I recently retired after four years.
