A nice industrial modern themed condo, three stories. I have an extra room on the third floor that will have a queen size bed available with your own private bath. Monthly rent can be lowered if member signs a 6 mo agreement The kitchen and living room is shared along with chores. The kitchen appliances and cookware may be used by everyone. Pets okay but need to discuss first. No drugs including cannabis, CBD and Hemp products.

I am active duty military looking for some roommates! The bottom room is available for rent. I do expect to share household chores like cleaning the kitchen and living room. There is a weekly cleaning list for every roommate. A contract will be signed upon move in.
