I live in a five-room unit at the Liongate Apartments in central Denver near the Wash Park area. The Liongate is an upscale apartment building with large rooms and patio, which has been very well kept up with a wonderful management team that resides in the building. The apartment house has a garage and outside parking. The buses go in all directions and is available in blocks adjacent to the building. To see the apartment house, go to landlord’s website, which is https://stokesandcompany.com/property/the-liongate/
If I find the right straight male roommate, I would like to rent out my living room and dining room area as a studio type apartment living arrangement with all furniture included. I do not use the living room or dining room. Those areas would be exclusively for your use. I am rarely in the apartment.
My last roommate lived with me for one year and the previous roommate resided with me for 10 years until he passed away. He told me that the sofa shown in the posting is like a futon and is very comfortable to sleep on. You would have your own bathroom. You would also have the use of another room in the apartment that is an office. My computer’s printer would also be available for your use.
I’m 77 years old, in good health and young at heart. I drink socially, but don’t drink or smoke in the apartment and would expect you to do the same. Please provide me a picture of yourself and your age. Included in the posting is a three-year-old photo of me. No illicit drugs would be permitted, which includes the use of Marijuana.
You will have to meet with the apartment house’s manager to be permitted to reside in the building, which would include a criminal background check.
If you’re interested and would like to schedule a time for you to come by the Liongate so that I can show you my apartment and the amenities available in the building, I look forward to hearing back from you. Thank you for considering this request for a roommate. The apartment will be available on July 1st or sooner if you would like to move in before then.
