I live in a five-room unit at the Liongate Apartments in central Denver near the Wash Park area. The Liongate is an upscale apartment building with large rooms and patio, which has been very well kept up with a wonderful management team that resides in the building. If I find the right straight male roommate, I would like to rent out my second unfurnished bedroom with all furniture included in the rest of the apartment. I am rarely in the apartment during the daytime. As a result, the apartment would be exclusively for your use for the most part during that time. Typical one bedroom apartments in my area of town rent between $1,500 to $1,800.

One of my previous roommates resided with me for 10 years until he passed away. You would have your own bathroom and use of an office setup in the in the main living area of the apartment.

I’m 77 years old and young at heart. I drink socially, but don’t drink or smoke in the apartment and would expect you to do the same. Please provide me a picture of yourself and your age. Included in the posting is a three-year-old photo of me. No illicit drugs would be permitted, which includes the use of Marijuana.

You will have to meet with the apartment house’s manager to be permitted to reside in the building, which would include a criminal background check.

Presently, I am attempting to secure the financing of a feature film, entitled GLIDER, about illicit drug use. The movie has the humanitarian objective of saving young lives from the perils of fentanyl. The Liongate has a mixture of younger and older people living there. They are very friendly and wonderful neighbors. The management is one of the best parts of the building from the property manager down to the handymen.
