A beautiful 3-level townhome with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths was built in 2011. With fresh new paint, deep cleaned, and all brand new furniture (bed frame, nightstand, desk, & chair).

Single professional preferred, no cooking, no pet, no overnight guests/parties, and nonsmoking.

2 furnished bedrooms are available sharing a bathroom on the 3rd level as single occupancy for a 6-month or 12-month lease. All bedrooms are on the 3rd floor including my own bedroom. • Room #1: 99 sq ft • Room #2: 102 sq ft

Off-limits Area: 1st floor office, 2nd floor half bathroom/living room, and the other tenant’s bedroom.

PG&E and water bills are split among occupants. Monthly cleaning, trash, and Internet are included in the rent.

Room amenities include: • Central AC/Heat • Washer & Dryer (1st floor) • Shared bathroom with another roommate (3rd floor) • Smart Lock • ADT Security System • Street/curb parking • Access to a microwave, electric kettle, and air fryer located on the 2nd floor kitchen area • storage space: one kitchen cabinet (2nd floor) + one linen cabinet (3rd floor outside the bedroom) per tenant.

Requirements: background check, deposit to secure the room & 1st month rent.

I’m a friendly, clean, respectful, positive, and private person, and value living separately from my roommates in my 30s (female) and work full time (work from home 2-3 days/week). I have a cat named Luna and a dog named Pringle. Both are super friendly, shy, and playful.
