Looking for a single occupant (no couples or children) that has no issue paying on time. The house is a 4 bedroom/ 3 bath 2,302 sq. ft. house located in ➡️WESTSIDE ⬅️ Jacksonville. The property is Large (2 acre), fenced in with gate. The room will be unfurnished; I have some furnishings but don’t count on it being what you need. ➡️ Inside cats/dogs are okay if you clean up after them I do have 1 inside cat 🐕. We have chickens including ROOSTERS that roam the yard during the day so your cat must stay inside and any dog leashed and supervised at all times. ➡️ Smoking is fine OUTSIDE ONLY. ➡️ Use of kitchen, laundry room, basic cable, and wifi are INCLUDED in price. Utilities will be at 20% of each month’s charge. Currently there are 3 people living here, myself, my wife and a male roommate. So somebody is always home. We are all quiet and mainly just stay in our rooms. ➡️There is not a common entertainment room, all but the bedrooms, kitchen & laundry room are used by my wife in various aspects of her home run business ➡️ I have 1 room available, it’s roughly (12X12), with a good sized closet and ceiling fan. The cost of is $425/month+20% of the electric with a shared bathroom. There is a conditional refundable deposit of $225 along with the first month’s payment, the condition this will be refunded is if at the end of our venture the room you stayed in has not been substantially damaged, the carpet has been scrubbed and your move-out is uneventful and professional. ➡️ Due to the actions of previous roommates it has become crucial that our quality of life rules be placed in writing and agreed to; most are your basic respect others kind of rules, there is one that I feel if people have issue with, would be our guest policy, which is basically that none but paying roommates are allowed inside the house for any reason. So if that one is a deal breaker for you just keep on scrolling you’re not interested and neither are we. ➡️Message me if you are interested and I will link the full quality of life document.
