Madison's room

My current roommate suddenly got a job offer out of state, so I’m hoping to find someone to take their place! Would be starting late July for 12 months. We live in an older duplex close to the Petersen Events Center, so it’s about a 20 minute walk to the Cathedral of Learning. We share a driveway and there is also on-street permit parking. There’s two bedrooms and one shared bathroom upstairs, and downstairs is a dining room, living room, and kitchen space (no dishwasher). The open bedroom is a nice size with a small amount of closet space. There is also an unfinished basement with an in unit washer and dryer. Already have a dining table, couch, and TV, but feel free to bring any other furniture and decorations! We have a cute porch and backyard space. Just got new AC and furnace. Hi I’m Madison but I also go by Maddy! I’m a 20 year old neuroscience student at the University of Pittsburgh, about to go into my senior year. During the summer I am normally working night shift at FedEx. I’m fully vaccinated and boosted, lax about most things, and like to keep my things clean and tidy.
