About Our Home: Shared Living Spaces: Gated Community: Secure and peaceful, with limited parking spaces available. Quiet Hours: We observe quiet hours after 10 PM to ensure a peaceful environment. Non-Smoking: We do not allow any smoking, parties, or drugs in the home.
Requirements: Professional Individual: We’re looking for someone who is responsible and knows how to get along well with others. Single Occupancy: This rental is for one person only due to parking limitations. Credit and Background Check: A soft credit and background check is required. Security Deposit: Equal to one month’s rent, due at signing. We cover up to 70/per person for utilities; all other coverages are split amongst the roommates. First Month’s Rent: Must be paid before move-in.
