We’re seeking a clean, quiet, and professional individual to join our home in a shared townhome in a gated community right off Buford Highway.

Requirements: Professional Individual: We’re looking for someone who is responsible and knows how to get along well with others. Single Occupancy: This rental is for one person only due to parking limitations. Credit and Background Check: A soft credit and background check is required. Security Deposit: Equal to one month’s rent, due at signing. We cover up to 70/per person for utilities; all other coverages are split amongst the roommates. First Month’s Rent / Security Deposit: Must be paid before move-in.

All have a good stable job, they are clean quite and usually work most of the week.
