This is a 4200 sq feet house with beautiful front and back yards in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Close to 91, 15, 60 and 71 Frw. You have your own bedroom about 150 sq feet, a bathroom and living space 200 sq feet, the loft, all to yourself, garage parking too. All fresh veggies or fruits from the yard. We have a small dog. We are very friendly people. we like to cook, gardening and travel.

We are looking for someone responsible, respectful and friendly individual, with two months pay stubs and credit check and background check. No smoking, no drugs, no overnight staying visitors, no party.
