About the room
This house is in a very safe, beautiful, quiet col de sac next to Grand Ave Park. It is very close to Cal State Pomona University and Mt. Sac. It is only a couple of blocks away from the Shoppes and Costco. It is close to Freeway 71, and 60. This room is upstairs with plenty of light. New painting. There are plenty of parking spaces. The house has lots of natural lights with high ceiling. It is about three thousand square feet. Lots of space you can relax and call it home. The neighbors are nice. The house is fully furnished with washer , dryer, fridge and furniture. The room is not furnished.
About the roomies
There are 4 females living in the house. Two are medical students, two are young working professionals. They are all very respectful and quiet. They keep the house very clean. No drama, no parties, no drugs. Owner does not live in the house.
