In need of someone to take over my roommate’s room on our lease on our apartment complex! A 2bd/2bath with balcony overlooking lake, centrally located right off Beach Blvd., 10 minutes from the beach and St. John’s Town Center and 15 from downtown. Clean, no previous pets. Unfurnished. Publix, Target, Wawa, Walmart, and variety of restaurants all within 5 minute drive! Also, please note the photos in the picture are from the Point at Tamaya website–they do it far more justice, but it is unfurnished. Your room would be the 16’ x 11.4’ room on the floorplan!

Hi! :) I’m currently a medical assistant working downtown while studying and applying for medical school. I tend to keep to myself, but I consider myself to be very open-minded and open to people and experiences in general! Our level of engagement with each other is up to you. I also make sure to keep all of our shared areas clean. In my spare time I like to dance and I have an addiction to pasta lol. I’d very much like to stay in my the apartment I currently live in and obtain a roommate, simply because I love the location and the environment and the property management.
