Hi there! This is a 11 by 12 room with a walk in closet. There is a shared bathroom between the rooms. The entire house has renovated marble tile flooring. We are about 12 minutes from UCF and shoppes (4 miles) and about a 5 minute drive from SR 408. There is currently a dog and three cats living in the house so we’re very pet friendly. There is a pet fee if you choose to have a pet. The $750 rent does not include the security deposit and we require first month rent. The room will be fully furnished and the house is also furnished (fully functioning kitchen, new washer/ dryer, living room with 65“ smart tv, smart thermostat). The house features a beautiful lake view recreation, fenced in backyard, two community pools, and a three car garage.
Hi there! My name is Annie Pham. I am 21 years old and am currently a junior at UCF and working towards my bachelors in clinical psychology. I am very clean but laidback. My boyfriend and I live in the master room. He is 23 years old and works two jobs. We don’t mind any type of visitors. We would love to be as good of friends with you as we were with the past roomies. We love to hang out together and occasionally have group hang outs. We are mainly quiet people but we know how to have fun and make some noise. We do have pets in the house as I have two cats and a dog. My cats are primarily in my room and are only occasionally out when I am home. Zeusy, the dog, is the best guard dog. He stays in the living room when I am not home and is the sweetest boy.
