Annie's room

Hi there! This is a 13 1/2 by 11 1/2 room with an open concept closet that is behind a curtain wall (very aesthetically pleasing). There is a shared bathroom. The entire house has renovated marble tile flooring. We are about 12 minutes from UCF and shoppes (4 miles) and about a 5 minute drive from SR 408. There is currently a dog and two cats living in the house so we’re very pet friendly. There is a pet fee if you choose to have a pet. The $750 rent does not include the security deposit and we only require first month’s rent. The room will be fully furnished and the house is also furnished (fully functioning kitchen, new washer/ dryer, living room with 65“ smart tv, smart tv). The house features a beautiful lake view recreation, two community pools, and a three car garage.

Hi hi! My name is Annie Pham. I am 21 years old. I am currently a junior at UCF and working towards my bachelors in clinical psychology. I am very clean but laidback. I don’t mind any type of visitors. I would love to be as good of friends with you as I was with my past roomies. The roommate that you would be sharing a bathroom with is Penny Scotto-Lavina. She is 22 years old. She is a full time worker and very clean. She’s outgoing and mindful of the space. My boyfriend, Joseph Waltzer, and I share the master bedroom and bathroom. He is 24 years old and works in aviation. We do have pets in the house as I have two cats and a dog. My cats are primarily in my room and are only occasionally out when I am home. Zeusy, the dog, is the best guard dog. He stays in the living room when I am not home and is the sweetest boy. He is very big as he is a great dane. We hope that you love the room and come meet us :)
