The room is on the first floor in our shared housing community featuring 18 full bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, a dining area and media areas for enjoyment. The 640 Place is a controlled access building off of 6th Ave in the heart of things catering to a variety of activities. There’s something for everyone at our community!
Apple Realty manages this shared housing community. The requirements are as follows. Income=2x rent (gross) Credit Score of 600 (medical debt/student loans not counted and can be flexible case by case). Criminal charges involving domestic violence, sex offender registry/crimes against children, arsen, manufacturing/distribution of drugs will not be considered.
