Hello, hallo, and hola! I’m Andrew and I have a room available in Monterey Park. House is a 3 bed, 1.5 bathroom. The room is $1000 with the first and last month due at move-in, internet and bills are included. The room and all common areas are furnished. The house has central air-conditioning and heating. Big property with big yards, garage, washer and dryer, tons of parking on the property, safe and quiet neighborhood, very close to Costco, Walmart, Monterey Park Market Place, Montebello Shops mall, golf courses, parks w/ public tennis courts, two movie theatres all within 2 miles, and restaurants and grocery stores at walking distance, etc. Great location. Only 5 miles from CSULA and 3 miles from ELAC.
About the roomies
Hey there, Andrew here. My brother and I are college students and we’re looking for other students or young professionals; exceptions can be made. We have experience hosting international students and enjoy helping them adjust and feel welcomed in the States. We’re very chill and like meeting new people but we’re also respectful of others’ space and belongings and are looking for the same in return. We like hanging out at home with a movie or videogames or going out to explore LA; company is always welcome. If you’re even a bit interested don’t hesitate to shoot me a message or text.
