Alexander's room

Hello! I am Alexander and I have rooms available in Monterey Park. It is a 3 bed, 2-bathroom. One room is available December and the other in January. Room is 1150 (unfurnished) but can be furnished, all common areas are furnished. The house has central air-conditioning with heating and cooling. Kitchen has a stove, fridge, microwave and cooking utensils. Big property w/ nice big yards, garage, WASHER and DRYER, tons of parking at the house, nice quiet neighborhood, very close to CSULA and many markets, 7-11, Costco, Montebello shops, etc. Great location. 10min from CSULA.

My brother and I share the largest room, our 3rd brother lives in one of the other rooms, and I do have a mid-sized 2 yo dog that lives at the house. She is a sweet girl who loves people, playing with her toys, and to sleep lol. We are all college students in our 20s and are preferably looking for other students as well or young professionals. No smoking inside, no large parties. We enjoy our home for privacy and peace, so we are looking for people who are respectful of the home and also keep it clean. We are all pretty social and love getting to meet people, we are respectful of others space and possessions and want someone who is as well. We love going out but also just relaxing at home at times. Overall looking to make a friend! We will be living together so we’d love to become friends, hangout, and have everyone in the house feel comfortable being themselves.
