The room is $1100 with the first and last month due at move-in, internet and bills are included. The room and all common areas are furnished. Can unfurnish the room if preferred. The house has central air-conditioning and heating. Big property with big yards, garage, washer and dryer, tons of parking on the property, safe and quiet neighborhood, very close to Costco, Walmart, Monterey Park Market Place, Montebello Shops mall, golf courses, parks w/ public tennis courts, two movie theatres all within 2 miles, and restaurants and grocery stores at walking distance, etc. Great location. Only 5 miles from CSULA and 3 miles from ELAC.
