Denise's room

This is a third floor, outside stairs and is a quiet area great for studying and working. Two bedroom two full bathroom apartment and rooms are on opposite sides of apartment. The room I am renting out is the master bedroom has a twin bed, tv stand, with its own private large bathroom: tub, shower, vanity, lots of cabinet space and counter space.

I am a 57 year old female who lives alone. Christian, professional, excercise, eat healthy, quiet but friendly. Absolutely no smoking, no pets, due to healthy life style and nice furniture and carpet.
