Beautiful colonial house with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. I’m looking for a female tenant to rent out the bedrooom/bathroom/office on the lower floor of the house. You will have your own bedroom, bathroom and separate office with access to common areas (kitchen/living room/laundry room/back deck). Office can be used however you like and is large enough for furniture or additional storage. You will also have a designated parking spot in front of the home. All of your living space is on a separate floor away from other resident so plenty of privacy. Utilities included in rent rate. Only one tenant allowed. No couples, no pets!

Female career professional (Upper 30’s) and would prefer another professional, female military officer, government worker, or educator to rent to. Open to other roommates who aren’t but just really want someone organized, clean, quiet, mature and respectful of other’s space. I will not rent to couples or more than one person. I’m also not in a rush to rent. I simply have the extra space and thought renting was a way to allow someone who may need it, the ability to have a safe/clean place to live temporarily.
