About the room

The room that you will be renting is the bigger room of the two in the apartment. It has a walk-in closet and a half bathroom attached to it. The full bathroom is in the hall.

The apartment is in a great location here in Santa Monica just off of Ocean Park. The apartment complex is small, there are only seven units. This apartment is on the second level and it has a little balcony. There’s a shared washer and dryer in the apartment complex. For parking, there is plentiful street parking in the neighborhood. There is a grocery store down the hill and a Whole Foods close by. Plus, the beach and Main Street are just a 15min walk. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet!

I’m Lindsay! I’m in my mid 30’s, and I’ve been living in this apartment and Santa Monica for over 10 years now! I’m originally from San Luis Obispo. I enjoy yoga, hiking, baseball, coffee, traveling, going to the beach, reading, and watching TV shows.
