Jasmin's room

The room has a comfy queen-sized bed, bedding, a nightstand, clothes hangers, a spacious closet, a hamper, a fan, a vent for the A/C, one window, two outlets, and a closet. Your private, two-sink bathroom is right across the hall.

The house is a three bed, two bath. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac. It has a large living room to binge watch your Netflix shows. Amenities: A/C, two-car garage, laundry on site, two-car drive-way, large patio to host, or simply to enjoy the sun rays!

About me: My name is Jasmin. I am a 30 y.o.. San Diego native. I am super friendly, but do love to set clear boundaries from the start- let’s avoid miscommunication. :) I attended SDSU and earned my B.S. in Biology. Go Aztecs!

Hobbies/Likes: Running. Hiking. Cooking and taking pictures of my food. Reading. Does sleeping and eating, count? Dancing Salsa and Bachata.

Eating healthy, traveling, organizing (excel sheets, color coding, planning events), listening to music, learning new languages, talking, trying out new restaurants.

Dislikes (deal breakers for prospective roomies): Smokers (marijuana/cigarettes). Messiness-to include hoarding tendencies. Body Odor (signs of poor hygiene). Arguments (yelling, etc). Inconsiderate people. Rudeness. People who are passive aggressive- communication is everything! We are adults, and I’d hope that if you or I had a disagreement, we would discuss it without screaming, and by using clear words so that we better understand our point of views, and can move on with realistic expectations.

My Schedule: M-F: I work in Point Loma in the mornings ’til about 3PM. Evenings are for de-stressing. Not opposed to a wine-night in, or a nice bar-outing during the weekdays. Sat-Sun: My ideal weekends would consist of a brunch and a hike with friends in the morning/afternoon. Evenings are typically used to do laundry and prep for the upcoming week. I am a social butterfly, and do intend to host friends for dinners every once in a while.

What you can expect from me as your roomie: I will respect you and your space. I make some bomb-ass guacamole. I can recommend good Latin music. I will communicate with you on anything that bothers me. I’ve mentioned this a lot. As you can tell, this is important to me!

What I hope to find in a future roommate: I hope to build a family/friendly-like environment. with transparency & honesty.

I am OCD when it comes to cleanliness, so I’d hope to find a roommate who cleans up after herself. I expect you respect me and my space/property/things as well.
