Furnished 132 sqft. room. Willing to remove furniture if not needed. NO couples/kids/weed-smokers Current roomate moves out June 30th. She is moving out to live with her bf. I am looking for a friendly, respectful and clean roomate!

The room has a queen matress, bedding, clothes hangers, a spacious closet, a hamper, a fan, two windows, and two outlets. There is a two-sink bathroom, across the hall that would be all yours during your tenancy.

The house is a three bed, two bath. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac. It has a large living room. Amenities: A/C, spacious garage, laundry on site, two-car drive-way, large patio to host, or simply to enjoy the sun rays!

My name is Jasmin. I am a 32 y.o.. San Diego native and Navy veteran. On my downtime I like to cook, hike, read, bake, explore new restaurants with friends, or sometimes have a night in with some wine.

What I hope to find in a future roommate: I’m looking for a clean, clutter-free, friendly, non-smoking, considerate roomate. Someone who cleans up after themselves, and is not too loud-especially after 10pm. I have a golden doodle who free roams when I’m not home.
