At this time I am only considering single roommates between the ages of 25-35, who have a work schedule similar to mine.

The room is very large and fully furnished in a house just off San Pablo & Beach Blvd. Driveway parking. About 5 min drive to Mayo Clinic, 10 min drive to the beach. Attached bathroom will be private almost all the time, but will be shared with guests if we have any because it is right next to living room.

It’s me and a 28 year old female in a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house. We both have dogs that are awesome! I had been renting out two bedrooms on Airbnb for the past few years but don’t have time to keep doing that with my new job. I work a normal schedule M-F. After work I usually work out, make dinner, then just relax for an hour or two before bed. On the weekends I love all things outdoors, going to bars, spending time with friends, etc.
