Cynthia's room

Large upstairs furnished room in a tri level house located in a scenic, safe, quiet neighborhood in San Dimas. Close to hiking and biking trails, walking distance to San Dimas Canyon Park and within a few miles of grocery and department stores.

I am retired and do a lot of volunteer work for an animal rescue shelter. I have 3 upstairs rooms I rent out. Currently there are 2 mature, professional males renting. They both work full time and are quiet and respectful. I do not allow smoking of any kind, no drugs, no overnight guests or people coming in and out. Must work full time outside of the home. Light cooking available. You will not have full access to the entire house.
