i’m looking for someone to take over the lease at my apartment, i’ve moved into another apartment not to far. but still need to pay this one. figured i’d help someone out with a place to stay, but also help me not have to pay 2 different apartment rents. it comes with dryer and a washer, along with fast wifi. don’t require any checks, just somewhat proof of being able to pay for it. you can move in as early as today!

i’m very laid back, i don’t care what you do or anything like that as long as your pay when i expect you too. i will not put up with bs, and lying. you either can afford it or not. you can move into the property as early as today.
