Greenfield Avenue

The property is a two bed, one bath house in the greenfield area. It is right near the bus stop and very easy to get to squirrel hill, Oakland, shadyside, etc. There is a shared backyard with the house next door and a front porch. Parking is included and there are coin operated laundry machines across the street. There are hardwood floors in the living room and kitchen, but carpet in the bedrooms. The bedrooms are a nice size, with one walk in closet for both, but there are also individual closets in the rooms. Ideally, the top room would be for me and my friend because we have a dog and guinea pigs and we wouldn’t want to disturb you. Hi, my name is Ana and I am a rising senior at the University of Pittsburgh. Me and my friend are planning on sharing a room in this beautiful house, we’ve been roommates for 2 years now and have a dog and guinea pigs together. We are very adventurous and love going on spontaneous trips to places, but also love playing card games and watching tv. We have a dog (mini Australian shepherd) named Dakota who is better as an only dog, but we would love someone who likes dogs. She is very sweet and loves to play. We are all pretty laid back and would love someone who is pretty laid back as well. We are COVID conscious, but not letting it stop us from having fun.
