Jean's room

A friend and I just signed the lease for a true 3 bed/1bath apartment in Lincoln Center/UWS and we are looking for someone to sublet the third bedroom from us, who would be willing to move in on May 1st and stay for at least a year. The monthly rent is $1,804 (one month will be free) with heat and hot water already included. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any additional pets.

The room is the biggest in the unit and is approximately 10’x11’. It has a decently sized closet and additional storage on top. It could fit a queen-sized bed, dresser and additional furnitures, and doesn’t share a wall with the other 2 rooms. The room faces the back so it’s super quiet!

We will be combining our things for the common area (living room, kitchen, bathroom). The unit is on the 3rd floor of an elevator building, with on-site laundry and super.

1 block away from Central Park so it’ll basically be our second living room. 5ish min walk to the BC123, 10 min walk to Columbus Circle. Cute coffee shops, restaurants, Trader Joe’s (!!!!), and Target nearby

Your roommates will be 2 female young professionals in our mid-20s who value cleanliness and open communication, work hybrid schedules, and love getting outside on the weekends. We are looking for a tidy, responsible, COVID-conscious female around our age to join us.
