Yasmine's room

Looking for a roommate who can pay a month-to-month rent. My townhome is located at Kendall Ponte, which is a gated community. The townhome itself has two floors. On the bottom floor I have a kitchen, livingroom, and a half bathroom for guests. Upstairs is my master bedroom and the available room. Both rooms have a private bathroom and the hallway joining our rooms have a washer/dryer at the center. The available room includes a queen size bed and a tv that is mounted on the wall. The room includes a nice sized closet as well. As for parking, there are no assigned spots so you can park wherever you like. The home includes a small patio with a comfy couch where I allow smoking and chilling (though I do not smoke myself). The complex itself has a gym, pool, and it is near:

An added plus is that directly beside the community is the entrance to the highway so you can go anywhere in Jacksonville. Additionally, the home is literally near (or a small drive to) everything you need for groceries, shopping, travel, nightlife, etc.
