2 story house in quiet neighborhood. Furnished room with private bath. Tv on wall and a ceiling fan. Mattress and box springs very comfy, relatively new. Kitchen privileges washer/dryer and second refrigerator in garage. No smoking. Don’t want alcohol in the house.

I will be the only other person living in the house. I am retired, friendly but keep to myself most of the time. I want a roommate who works full time, no work at home. Room is on second story. The room is furnished with bed, dresser and nightstand closet of course TV on the wall also ceiling fan. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. You can park in the driveway. All bills included. I have a small dog who stays with me and I don’t want other animal in the house.
