I normally charge $800 a month for the room. I’m renting it for $500 plus as much as 5 hours a week light housing keeping, some cooking and some laundry. The house is a 3 bedroom 3 bath house. . Quiet neighborhood close to grocery store, Walgreens & places to eat. Close access to 79, 45/130 toll and good access to 35. Furnished queen room with 50“ tv on wall. Walking path a half a block. Room is on the 2nd floor. Up to date Covid shots & references. No drugs/smoking

I am the only other person living in the in the house. I have a small dog and I don’t want anymore pets in the house. Kitchen is furnished, barbecue/nice backyard. I am friendly and would enjoy an older person . I drive and get along by myself just fine I just need some help around the house. We can usually cook together and share the cost of groceries. We can talk about this during the interview. Must have written references and Covid shots.
