Utilities: We split gas, electricity, internet, 50/50. Central heat is keeping it toasty this winter. Window A/C cools the apartment well in the summer.

Shared Bathroom: Yes—we share it. This efficient bathroom gets cleaned and sanitized at least every other day—sometimes every day. Your roommate does not spend much time getting ready in the bathroom—she stores her toiletries in her room. In and out!

Mary: She/her, vaccinated, queer, vegetarian, Capricorn. I’ve been in Chicago for over 10 years. Graphic designer for 8 years, quietly works from home part time. Enjoys cooking occasionally. Currently listening to Matrix by Lauren Groff. Meditates in the morning. Loves the scent of Mrs.Meyer’s Clean Day basil, and fresh laundry.

Bruiser: Former colony tomcat now playful teddybear/cat. Always uses his litter box. Enjoys staring out the front window and making friends.
