Private room with a own bathroom in a beautiful gated community, literally 2 minutes driving to Katy Mills and about 8 minutes to LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch which offers a large variety of restaurants and retail stores and Lifetime Fitness.

3 bed, 3 bath townhome, two down and one upstairs. The room is on the lower level of the house with a good size closet. Room is furnished with a twin-size bed and mattress, 1 nightstand, a chest of dresser and a TV.

New washer, dryer and refrigerator with a lot of space to be shared. This is a non-smoking inside, no drugs and no pets house.

I am a professional and very respectful single man. I am easy going and friendly. We can be the best of friends or strictly roommates that don’t need to socialize with each other. Whatever would be more suitable for you. No overnight guests.

You are responsible to clean your own bedroom and bathroom. Keep the common area clean after using it.
