Private room with a own bathroom in a beautiful gated community, literally 2 minutes driving to Katy Mills and about 8 minutes to LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch which offers a large variety of restaurants and retail stores and Lifetime Fitness.

3 bed, 3 bath townhome, two down and one upstairs. The room is on the up level of the house, it is very spacious, fits a king size bed and still with a lot of space left, with a huge walking closet. Room is furnished with a full-size bed and mattress, 1 nightstands, a chest of dresser. A huge embedded office desk with a lot of cabinets right outside the room is also available at no extra charge which is perfect if you are a professional that also works from home.

The house has a two-car garage and one of them is available for you if you don’t like to park outside the house. New washer, dryer and refrigerator with a lot of space to be shared. This is a non-smoking inside and no drugs house.

I am a professional and very respectful single man. I am easy going and friendly. We can be the best of friends or strictly roommates that don’t need to socialize with each other. Whatever would be more suitable for you. No overnight guests.

You are responsible to clean your own bedroom and bathroom. Keep the common area clean after using it.
