Jack's room

Private Room in a 3 bed, 2 bath in the Montana neighborhood of Santa Monica. Spacious living area and kitchen. Shared bathroom with one other roommate. Easy street parking, although a parking space is included in the rent. Laundry on site. We also have our own private balcony on the first level.

We are 2 (M,F) hospitality professionals in our 30’s. We enjoy hanging out in the living room and watching stuff on our 65“ TV when we have free time, although we are frequently out of the house because of work responsibilities. We like to relax and enjoy walking around Santa Monica as you can pretty much get anywhere on foot from where we are.
