Located in the Alpharetta area, close to Nesbit Ferry Road, and walking distance from Newton Park. Bedroom is comes furnished with a queen-sized bed (can easily be moved if you have one of your own), walk-in closet, private bathroom. Property comes with a sunroom, which is right next to a deck that overlooks a beautiful yard (with a firepit). Excellent for relaxing after a workday.

I work from home, but generally keep to myself. Prefer to keep a clean house, looking for an equally clean roommate. Currently I have one other roommate, she rents the basement, and like myself she keeps to herself.
