We have a room available in a spacious Victorian house one block from UVM. Tobacco smoking in the house or on the property is not allowed, however we are 420 friendly. The neighborhood is half students/half families and has a good vibe. Room is ideal for students, medical residents, or professionals looking for quiet, safe space in a relaxed environment near UVM and downtown. We are unable to accommodate pets. Available May 1, 2024. Room is a month to month rental, w/no lease. Monthly rent is $1100. Includes all utilities, wifi, and laundry. You will need to arrange for parking if you have a car. References required.
Present roomies are a husband and wife (1 musical instructor, 1 semi-retired public health researcher) with children recently graduated from college as well as two female UVM students. Owners have a very friendly poodle.
