We have a furnished bedroom in a spacious Victorian house one block from UVM available January 2027. Monthly rent is $1100. This is a month to month rental, w/no lease. Includes all utilities, WiFi, laundry, and use of kitchen. Tobacco smoking in the house or on the property is not allowed, however we are 420 friendly. We cannot accommodate pets. Parking is a possibility.The neighborhood is half students/half families and has a good vibe. Rooms are perfect for students, travelling nurses, medical residents, or professionals looking for quiet, safe space in a relaxed environment near UVM and downtown. Bike storage available.
