I have a rm available right away listed at $620. This home is located in the up and coming subdivision of Lochwood, only a few minutes away from a stroll around White Rock Lake. Move in date for the room available is May 1st or afterwords. Common areas will be furnished. Please note that I have a year and a half dog living in the house with me. If you do not like dogs please consider other living options. Male or female roommates are welcome to apply!!! I do not mind if you have a dog. As long as our dogs meet beforehand and it seems like a good fit. Please note that I will only be offering month to month. Washer and dryer included with the house :) Amenities not included with rent. But will be divided and disbursed among roommates evenly.
