Looking for a female recent graduate or working student / independent with proof of income or family support. One month deposit. Sleeps only roommate. No overnight guests. No pets. Month to month expected stay 4-12 months.
Empty nester and there is excess space at home. I am all dedicated to work most of the day. We (me and roommate#1) prefer someone similarly active or a high achiever who needs a functional and quiet room after work… Our guest should keep their social life outside the walls (friends, boyfriend etc. ).
