A nice living in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There is excess space and I welcome a guest. We are all dedicated to work and school most of the day. We prefer someone similarly active or a high achiever who needs a functional and quiet room after the Uni classes or work… Our guest should keep their social life outside the walls ( friends, boyfriend etc. ). International students are welcome. No prejudice in this house.
