This room has wonderful lighting, cathedral ceiling, mini-fridge/microwave and private bath with Jacuzzi-style tub and large walk-in shower. A semi-retired restoration architect and builder, I personally began this wonderful restoration project over 20 years ago. We do not currently offer yearly leases, but most tenants are relatively long term (there is a three month minimum on our month to month lease…), staying over a year.
